The Korean Journal of International Studies (KJIS) is the official journal of the Korean Association of International Studies (KAIS). It is a triannually peer-reviewed academic journal covering global affairs and theoretical debates in the field of international relations and area studies. The KJIS also endeavors to attract original articles devoted to perennial issues in East Asia including the Korean Peninsula, and encourages interaction between global and regional perspectives. Through these efforts the KJIS seeks to provide a channel for exchanging scholarly ideas and rise as a preeminent journal in the field of international relations and area studies.
